Terms of Service

1. Private beta status

Elevate Play is currently in private beta. Features, competitive data, and account state may change, be reset, or be removed without notice as the platform is developed. Do not treat private-beta data (ratings, match history, tournament results) as permanent.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your Discord account. You are responsible for actions taken under your Elevate Play account. Do not share your account or attempt to access another player's account or data.

3. Connected game accounts

You may link a Riot Games (VALORANT) account and other supported game accounts to your Elevate Play profile. Linking an account resolves that account's public identity — it does not, on its own, prove you own it. Where Elevate Play offers an account-control confirmation step, only a successfully completed check is shown as such (as "Control Confirmed"); a linked-but- unconfirmed account is always labeled "Control Not Confirmed". Elevate Play reserves the terms "Riot Verified" and "Riot Authenticated" for a future official Riot Sign-On (RSO) integration and does not use them today.

4. Personal VALORANT analytics

If you link a VALORANT account, Elevate Play imports a bounded set of your own recent Competitive matches to show you personal match history and derived statistics on the authenticated "My VALORANT" page. This data is for your own account only — Elevate Play does not use it to build or display scouting reports on other players, and your personal Riot match history is not exposed on your public player profile.

5. Elevate Level / EP rating

Your Elevate Level and EP rating are calculated from real, completed competitive results on the platform (and, where linked, official competitive match outcomes). Linking or unlinking a game account does not retroactively rewrite your EP history or past rating events.

6. Conduct

Do not cheat, exploit, or attempt to manipulate tournament results, ratings, account-linking or account-control checks, or match operations. Do not harass other players or staff. Tournament organizers and platform staff may disqualify, suspend, or remove a player or team for violations, consistent with the rules published for a given tournament.

7. Not affiliated with Riot Games

Elevate Play is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, authorized, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. VALORANT and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Elevate Play uses official Riot Games API access where noted, which permits data lookups but does not constitute endorsement. Riot account credentials are never handled, requested, or stored by Elevate Play.

8. No warranty

Elevate Play is provided during private beta on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind. Third-party integrations (Discord, Riot Games, HenrikDev, Steam) may be unavailable or change independently of Elevate Play.

9. Changes

These terms may change as the private beta progresses. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
